My name is Sheila Livingston - as a licensed Realtor® with Century 21 A.B.C. Realty Limited since 1984 I have enjoyed specializing in the Eastern Shore and Oceanfront properties, although I do service the Metro Halifax/Dartmouth/Bedford/Sackville areas as well.

From 1987 to 2000, I  was in the Top 10% of sales associates in the Halifax/Dartmouth Real Estate Board; a national Century 21 Centurion Award Winner  on 13 occasions between  1992 and 2007,  a several time member of the Century 21 Top 21 Club, and  I am currently a member of the Century 21 Hall of Fame.

I am fully qualified as a Buyer's Representative and annually complete professional training courses to upgrade my skills.
